You’re invited to drop in and settle down for a guided journaling experience with emily of journaling classes. Inspired by what we’ve just seen, heard, and felt outside, we’ll use sensory-based journaling prompts to reflect on the transition into fall and consider what we’re harvesting from the season we’re leaving behind. Together, we’ll explore the practice of paying attention, slowing down and anchoring into the art of noticing come for the bird walk, stay for the journaling, and spend a fall morning slowing down in community.
